Rehabilitation
We have a special interest in treating musculoskeletal sporting injuries but also help in treating neck and back pain, overuse injuries and pre-post operative rehabilitation. We are serious about helping you feel better sooner and getting you back to where you were.
Purpose
To provide a patient-centred approach that combines education with exercise literacy to maintain and progress an individual’s health.
Our Mission
To enhance the lives of both the general and athletic populations through treatment, education, and exercise programs that help them achieve personal excellence and self-improvement.
Our Vision
To stroke the curiosity of every human being in gaining a thirst for knowledge of their own body, where they are capable and wanting to help themselves first.
Core Values
Understanding | Education | Quality | Integrity
We aim to understand your injury and current circumstances that may help or hinder your rehab progression
We have a strong belief that education inspires internal human behavioural change, so understanding what is happening with your body and how it heals will motivate you in future decisions around your injury
In the treatment room, we focus on quality of treatment rather than quantity to get you back to your best. Sometimes less is more and providing you with the best management plan can be more beneficial. If you don’t need a follow-up booking, we won’t ask!
We value integrity, through honesty, continued growth with personal and professional development and evidence-based practice
